Our taste experts have come up with a delicious solution for when you need something sweet to perk up your afternoon. Our collection of cookies are made in small batches in a bakery in the Cotswolds with the finest British rolled oats.
Each cookie duo is served with our specially blended afternoon tea infusion, which you can enjoy with or without milk.
what are the benefits?
Our taste experts love upgrading classic flavours using new and innovative ingredients.
First off, in this cookie recipe they’ve swapped out standard refined sugar for natural coconut sugar, the tropical taste and sweetness blending perfectly with the naturally warming cinnamon spice.
And after some tinkering in our kitchens, they've also managed to reduce the saturated fat in these cookies by 66%! How, we hear you ask? By reducing the amount of butter in the recipe and replacing it with rapeseed oil, that's how. This ingredient is much lower in saturated fat and is also a good source of omega 3 and omega 6.
Plus the whole rolled British oats make these delicious cookies a source of fibre to boot.

Our cakes are baked fresh in a bakery in the Cotswolds without any artificial additives or preservatives, so are best enjoyed as quickly as possible. Don’t eat them all at once though!
And about our special blend tea
Ellie, our taste expert tested over 100 different kinds of tea leaves, using her super sensitive taste buds to perfect our exceptional brew, carefully selecting Assam and Kenyan leaves for a bright, coppery golden colour and citrus lemon thyme notes.
Just add boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes, then add milk if you want it. Now sit back and enjoy!
