    what's the big idea?

You hear ‘gluten free’ and you probably think ‘tastes like cardboard’. Until you’ve tried these, that is. We’ve combined rich cocoa with whole rolled oats and mouthwatering vanilla to create a recipe that’s both delicious and gluten free. The naturally sweet chicory root fibre means they also have at least 45% less sugar than the average cereal bar*, for the perfect pocket-sized pick-me-up.

*we compared this recipe to over 80 similar cereal bars to work this percentage out.

    what are the benefits?

Adding more protein to your day has never been tastier. Whole oats, seeds, rich cocoa, vanilla and soy crispies all combine to create an oat of this world snack (sorry) that’s gluten free – without an artificial colour, flavour or preservative in sight.

    great with…

Whether you need a mid-morning boost to keep you going until lunch or a post-workout protein push1, these flapjacks tick all the boxes (except the one for ‘contains gluten’, of course).
