what are the benefits?
Our nutritionist loves our little cakes because they’re so perfectly portioned for just the right amount of an afternoon treat.
To make our marvellous carrot cake our taste experts took out butter and replaced it with rapeseed oil. This is because it only contains 7% saturated fat (compared to butter which has 51%!) and it’s a good source of omega 3 and omega 6.
Then we packed the recipe with sultanas, currants and raisins, and flavoured it with orange peel and cinnamon, for a delicious source of fibre that’s only 89 calories!

In her six years as a taste expert, Ellie's absolute favourite invention is the graze afternoon tea infusion, which she crafted under the guidance of a tea master.
They tested over 100 different kinds of tea leaves, using her super sensitive taste buds to perfect our exceptional brew, carefully selecting Assam and Kenyan leaves for a bright, coppery golden colour and citrus lemon thyme notes.
We think it pairs perfectly with our little cakes for a super comforting and delicious afternoon break.

Our taste expert Ellie specially selected this afternoon blend of Assam and Kenyan tea leaves because it's great to drink with or without milk. Just add boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes, then add milk if you want it. Now sit back and enjoy!
when should you eat it?
Our perfectly portioned carrot cake is baked fresh in our bakery in the Cotswolds without any additives or preservatives, so it’s best enjoyed as quickly as possible. Don’t eat them all at once though! We recommend one multipack of 6 punnets for sharing with a group of friends or family.
