Our taste experts have come up with a delicious solution for when you need something sweet and delicious to perk up your afternoon. Our collection of perfectly portioned quintessentially English cakes capture that occasion of afternoon tea without the frightful feeling of over-indulgence.
Each little cake is served with our specially blended afternoon tea infusion, which you can enjoy with or without milk.

Our nutritionist loves our little cakes because they’re so perfectly portioned for just the right amount of an afternoon treat.
To make our brilliant banana bread, our taste experts made two clever ingredient swaps. First, we took out butter and replaced it with rapeseed oil. This is because rapeseed oil only contains 7% saturated fat (compared to butter which has 51%!) and it's a good source of omega 3 and omega 6. Second, we kept sugar levels down by using chicory root fibre, a naturally sweet ingredient.
Then we packed the recipe with banana, and sprinkled it with roasted hazelnuts for a delicious source of fibre that’s only 53 kcals per portion!

Our cakes are baked fresh in a bakery in the Cotswolds without any artificial additives or preservatives, so are best enjoyed as quickly as possible. Don’t eat them all at once though!

Ellie, our taste expert tested over 100 different kinds of tea leaves, using her super sensitive taste buds to perfect our exceptional brew, carefully selecting Assam and Kenyan leaves for a bright, coppery golden colour and citrus lemon thyme notes.
Just add boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes, then add milk if you want it. Now sit back and enjoy!
