Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it? We were set on creating a sweet, healthy snack that satisfies our ‘cake and coffee’ cravings, so we deconstructed our favourite coffee walnut cake and put it back together using nature’s finest ingredients.
what are the benefits?
Walnuts are such a wonderful source of omega-3 which help to keep your cholesterol levels in check. They’re also a source of manganese which help maintain healthy bones and protect cells from oxidative stress.
This is one of our favourite healthy snacks to have in the afternoon, perfect with a cup of coffee on a 4pm break.
