what’s the big idea?
Our taste experts wanted to take a classic nut mix and kick it up a gear. They started by roasting cashews and almonds in ground black pepper for an intense warmth. Then they added baked salted peanuts and roasted unsalted cashews to balance the flavours, creating a moreish savoury mix perfect with an evening drink.
