what's the big idea?
We’ve given oats some oomph by combining mixed berries with the goodness of fibre. Thanks to the naturally sweet chicory root fibre in this recipe, it has at least 35% less sugar than the average cereal bar*, for an afternoon treat with more benefits and less sugar.

what are the benefits?
Chia seeds are a source of fibre and protein, as well as the fatty acid omega-3. These little seeds also contain selenium, an essential mineral which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and phosphorus which is needed for healthy bones and teeth.
Add some 'aah' to your afternoon with these little flapjack bites. We like them best with a cuppa (and preferably a good book) in the afternoon, as a mid-morning snack or a sweet boost to keep you going in the office.
