what's the big idea?
We've taken our Cotswolds bakery's traditional flapjack recipe (perfected over 30 years) and added a seasonal twist with chewy, toffee-like dates, cinnamon and flavour notes of ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Don’t forget grazer, these special bites aren't around for long! So fill your stockings while you can!
what are the benefits?
Trying to hit the sweet spot with less sugar? We don’t use artificial sweeteners so we've found an imaginative, natural sugar substitute to keep this flapjack sweet instead - chicory root. This bit of the chicory plant is naturally sweet so our flapjack is still tasty as can be, even with less sugar. It’s also made with wholegrain oats, making it high in fibre.
